Hello! I'm Heather, a Board Certified (NCBTMB #52716-07) and California Certified (#1570) Massage Therapist with nearly two decades of experience. Based in Orange County, I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method) for post-surgical healing, post-op maintenance, pre and postnatal care, and general wellness.

From a young age, I've always been deeply fascinated by the human body's incredible ability to heal and adapt. That curiosity, combined with a natural desire to help others led me to massage therapy.

After carrying and delivering twins in 2017, I gained an even deeper appreciation for the care and support women need through life's transitions. That experience inspired me to focus my practice on lymphatic therapy-- a gentle, powerful method that supports the body's natural recovery process.

Today, my work is dedicated to helping clients reduce inflammation, bruising, scarring; and ease discomfort and restore balance

I completed training through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies  and have been mentored in advanced lymphatic and post-surgical techniques by Angelica, owner of Angelz Spa. My approach combines technical precision with a calm, supportive environment to help you relax and heal.
