Post-Operative MLD

Our Post-Operative Recovery service provides tailored lymphatic drainage sessions to aid in a smoother and faster recovery process post-surgery. This personalized approach promotes the removal of excess fluid and debris from the body during post operational healing. This can help reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation. MLD can also help to reduce the buildup of fibrotic tissues. In cases where fibrosis has already developed, MLD and gentle massage techniques can also soften the fibrotic tissue and improve mobility in the affected area.

Pre and Postnatal MLD

Changes during pregnancy can place additional strain on the lymphatic system, making it more difficult to remove waste and excess fluids from the body. MLD during pregnancy can help reduce edema, promote relaxation, and relieve discomfort. Pillows and bolsters are used to prevent pressure on the abdomen. MLD after delivery can help reduce swelling, enhance healing, relieve stress, and reduce breast engorgement.
